ACS Valves designs, engineers, and manufactures rotary valves for metering, feeding, and airlock in bulk material processing and pneumatic conveying applications. It offers equipment and expertise for both dilute and dense phase pneumatic conveying systems.
The company’s extensive pneumatic conveying expertise is further augmented with experience with powder and bulk solids handling.
Processing abrasive aggregate is different from processing fine powders. Aware that every industry has its own manufacturing priorities, challenges, and regulations, the company continues to design new valves and new add-on features to accommodate specific manufacturing environments and industry regulations.
ACS designs and builds all of their valves in-house in Ontario, Canada so clients can expect prompt, consistent support and troubleshooting.
Cast locally using 65% US steel, the valves have longer maintenance cycles, less seal leakage, and greater precision tolerances. Local manufacturing means no waiting for pieces to arrive from overseas. This reduces the carbon footprint and means orders are shipped faster.
Safety is not an opt-in feature. It's a must-have. All ACS valves come with safety covers, an 8-vane rotor, and outboard bearings. All valves are compliant with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA).
